Hotmail Rolls Out Disposable E-mail Addresses

Let's face it; you're into some weird, tasteless, mind-numbingly awful stuff on the internet. Microsoft's Hotmail service has added a new feature that lets you whip up an e-mail alias completely separate from your regular e-mail address that funnels directly into your main Hotmail account. By using an alias on these websites instead of your main email address, you can avoid this. And when you're done, just turn the alias off, ensuring future unwanted messages that are sent to that alias don't land in your inbox."

Whether its for convenience or security, a lot of people have multiple email accounts, which isn't bad, but also not the most streamlined method of managing communication. Microsoft is enabling Hotmail users to create up to five aliases per year, while the limit of aliases per account is fifteen. Fake emails, get them while they are hot and free!

Well, Microsoft recently rolled out a new feature that allows users instant access to "throaway email accounts. "Microsoft allows users to add up to 15 aliases per email account so you can read all messages from alternative emails within one inbox.

For example,  users could filter emails by providing emails with a username plus a filter (for example, Lydia+tips@hotmail.com), which would send emails to a particular folder within your Lydia@hotmail.com email address.  With Microsoft’s new feature, you can read messages sent to your hardcoregamer@hotmail.com address within your superprofessional@hotmail.com inbox.
